What People say about us.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Tassot,

The reason that royalty and popes have bees on their crests is because they are marvelous, magical beings. I love your honey and eat it every day that is why I was sorry to hear of your losses in the N.Y. Times.

Based on the Black River Journal article and your website, I know you treat your bees reverently. Please know that I am praying for you and your remaining hives.

Dear Mr. Tassot,

I wish to extend my sincere appreciation for assisting us during our Earth Day Celebration. Your cooperation and contribution throughout the day helped to ensure a successful day. Your assistance helped promote the spirit of Earth Day to the public. Considering the inclement weather and change of location, the Echo Hill Lodge was busy like a bee hive with folks coming and going throughout the day. I wish to express my appreciation to you again and extend you an invitation to join us for next year.

Thanks again,

Dear Beatrice and Jean-Claude,

On behalf of the Red Mill Museum Village, I am writing to thank you for your contribution of time at the Teddy Bear's Picnic. Your presence was not only supportive, but it enhanced the experience of our visitors. What do bears love more than honey!

Your volunteer work is greatly appreciated, and we could not have presented such a successful event without the help of you and the other volunteers.

Once again, the Red Mill Museum Village thanks you for your efforts and contribution of time.

Dear Bea and Jean-Claude,

I would like to take this time to thank you so much for participating as a vendor in our Farmer's Market during our inaugural Country Fair and Harvest Festival at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm. This was a very successful event with over 5,500 in attendance. I hope that it was a success for your business as well. We received many compliments from visitors on the quality of your product and friendliness of your presentation. From the size of the crowd around your display tables all day, I would say you were quite a hit!

I hope you have a wonderful and profitable fall season and look forward to working with you again in future events.

Sincerely yours,

Mark Texel

Hi Bea,
I met your husband at the Stockton Farmer's Market last month. Recently I bought some of the creamed honey, and we opened it on Mother's Day. I had it with a bit of butter on an épis from Crossroads Bake Shop. It reminded me of when I was 18 and lived in France and Belgium for eight months. Creamed honey on a baguette with a bowl of warm milk or tisane is one of my favorite things since then.
Thank you!
